Oh Marina. I relate. Yesterday I spent many - six? - hours playing a dumb game. I ate a gummy, going for walk and meditating was my goal, and spent another hour wasting my high. Then I walked. And I had an unusual thought - what am I getting out of doing this? What do I get out of it?
Nothing changes but it's interesting to contemplate the thing that drives me. Is it just faulty wiring or real despair?
You are just in a flux.
Not "just" however a flux.
Some great things and some low times.
But, you found a space that is for you. A home.
The waters getting there are smooth and rough. Sometimes you will feel like you are drowning. But in the end it's where you can raise your flag.
